By downloading, installing, or using Odin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Olmo Technologies, based in Norway.
Odin is an IQ and cognitive test application for iOS. It provides a range of cognitive exercises and tests, tracks your performance over time, and displays your results and progress history.
Odin uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You may not share your account or allow others to access the App under your credentials.
Odin may be offered as a subscription or one-time purchase via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Scores generated in Odin are for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only.
The tests in Odin are not standardised psychometric assessments and do not produce clinically validated IQ scores. Results should not be used for any professional, medical, educational, or employment purposes. For a clinically validated assessment, please consult a qualified psychologist.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App; use the App for unlawful purposes; attempt to tamper with or falsify test results; or use the App in any way that could damage or impair it.
All content within Odin — including test questions, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Olmo Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the App on your Apple devices.
The App is provided "as is". Olmo Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months preceding a claim. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Subscription cancellation must be done through Apple.
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be subject to Norwegian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
