Short version: Odin stores your test results and account information to track your progress. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

1. Who we are

Odin is developed and operated by Olmo Technologies, a sole-trader business based in Norway. For GDPR purposes, Olmo Technologies is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with Odin.

2. What data we collect

Account data (via Apple Sign In)

When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, optionally, your name and email address. This is used solely to identify your account and is stored securely.

Test and performance data

Odin records your test results, scores, and completion times to display your progress and history. This data is associated with your account.

App usage data

We store your in-app preferences and settings (language, theme) locally on your device.

What we do NOT collect

Important note on IQ scores

Scores generated within Odin are based on in-app tests and are intended for entertainment and self-development purposes only. They are not standardised psychometric assessments. We treat your test results with care and do not share them with third parties.

3. How we use your data

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.

4. Third-party services

Apple

We use Sign in with Apple for authentication and StoreKit for subscription management. Apple's data handling is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

No advertising networks

Odin does not integrate any advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or third-party tracking library.

5. Data storage and security

Account and test result data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Local preferences are stored on your device using iOS standard data protection. All data transmitted between the app and our services uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@olmo-technologies.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet: www.datatilsynet.no.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and test data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Children's privacy

Odin is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app and by updating the date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
