1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Account data (via Apple Sign In)

When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, optionally, your name and email address. This is used to identify your account and connect you with events and groups.

Profile data

You may choose to add a display name or profile picture. This information is visible to other participants in events you join.

Event and activity data

We collect scores, results, and participation data for activities you complete within events. This data is used to calculate rankings and populate leaderboards.

Group and event membership

We store which events and groups you belong to, who created them, and the activities associated with them.

What we do NOT collect

3. How we use your data

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the app.

4. Social features and leaderboards

Oslo Games is a social platform. Your display name and activity scores are visible to other participants within the same event or group. By joining an event, you consent to your results being displayed to other members of that event.

You can control your display name in your profile settings. If you wish to remove your scores from a leaderboard, you can leave the event or contact the event organiser.

Event organisers are responsible for inviting participants appropriately and for the content of events they create.

5. Third-party services

Apple

We use Sign in with Apple for authentication and StoreKit for subscription management, governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

No advertising networks

Oslo Games does not integrate any advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or third-party tracking library.

6. Data storage and security

Event, score, and profile data is stored securely on our servers using industry-standard security practices. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at contact@olmo-technologies.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet: www.datatilsynet.no.

8. Data retention

We retain your account and event data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Event scores may be retained in anonymised form for historical records.

9. Children's privacy

Oslo Games is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
