By downloading, installing, or using Evenzy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Olmo Technologies (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a business based in Norway.
Evenzy is a bill-splitting mobile application. It allows users to:
Receipt scanning uses artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic) to read items and prices from a photo. Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete — you should review scanned data before saving it. See Section 7.
To use Evenzy you must create an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and be old enough under the law of your country to enter into these Terms. You may not share your account or allow others to access the App under your credentials.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Evenzy is free to use, including unlimited manual expenses and groups. Receipt scanning is limited on the free plan; an optional Pro subscription removes that limit. The current price and interval are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
By subscribing to Pro, you authorise Apple (or Google on Android) to charge your account on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at the time of purchase, until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings: on iOS, Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant store — for Apple, via reportaproblem.apple.com. Olmo Technologies does not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. The store will notify you of any price change in advance, and your subscription will continue at the new price unless you cancel.

All content within Evenzy — including but not limited to the app design, text, graphics, artwork, and code — is the property of Olmo Technologies and is protected by Norwegian and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your personal devices for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the App (such as your expenses and receipt photos). By using the App, you grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and share that content with your group members in order to operate the service.
Evenzy is a tool for recording and splitting shared expenses. It is not a bank, payment processor, or financial, tax, or accounting service, and it does not hold, move, or transfer money between users.
All actual payments between you and other people happen directly between you, outside of Evenzy (for example via Vipps or bank transfer). The App calculates balances and suggests "who owes whom" purely for your convenience, based on the information you and your group members enter.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the expenses and amounts you enter, and for making, confirming, and keeping records of your own payments. Balances shown in the App are estimates and are not proof of debt or payment.
Receipt scanning and currency conversion are provided for convenience. Scanned results are produced by artificial intelligence and may misread items, prices, dates, or currencies; exchange rates are published reference rates and are approximate. Always review the data before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Norwegian consumer protection law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms, or if we decide to discontinue the App. Upon termination, your licence to use the App immediately ceases.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. Cancellation of a Pro subscription must be done through Apple or Google as described in Section 4.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
